Produced exclusively from the Montepulciano d 'Abruzzo grape variety, our red undergoes a long and slow maceration on the skins and aging in artisanal clay amphorae.

In Latin, MAXIMO means “the best.” The name is also intended to be a tribute to an ancient Roman family, that of Paulus Fabius Maximus, a person close to the Emperor Hadrian, who played an influential role in our ancient region.
